"Greg took up a nice long challenge in working with me! His strength training programs over the years, took me from a chunky 160 pound unathletic 6th grader who had never touched a weight in his life to an All American Collegiate Athlete. As a 5’7 150-pound college lacrosse attackman going against defensemen who were most of the time 6’+, I don’t think I would have the success I did without the work I put in with Greg.. Without his proper training and conditioning I would have been tossed around on the field.. He is very technical and harps on form which I love.. Years of working with Greg has helped me post athletics in the weight room as well.. limiting injuries due to being taught great form as well as having the discipline/hunger to keep it going. 10/10 would recommend Greg."
