Reverse Truck Pull


DO NOT PERFORM THIS MOVEMENT UNLESS YOU HAVE ESTABLISHED YOURSELF AS AN ADVANCED CONDITIONED ATHLETE

This movement allows the athlete to really shock the nervous system and not only hit the glutes, quads and hamstrings but also all the synergist muscle groups of the groin and hip - this movement also does a great job in developing upper & lower back as well as abdominal stabilization

Speed Developer-Hamstrings 

This movement is used to develop hamstring quickness for power movements, by increasing the hamstring groups ability to increase the number of contractions in a shorter amount of time
